You may feel nervous and reluctant about contacting a psychotherapist. That anxiety is perfectly normal. I understand how difficult it can be to make this initial contact. It is something new for you and I know how much courage it takes. But having this courage to overcome the anxiety and make a call is the first step in the process of empowering yourself to feel better.

I will call you back as soon as I can and we will have a brief conversation to get a better sense of what you need, whether I am able to help and when we can make an appointment.

I consider maintaining your privacy extremely important. It is a part of my professional code of ethics but more importantly, it is the integral part in letting trust develop and therefore setting the right conditions for a successful psychotherapy. To make your psychotherapy as effective as possible, you need to be open and honest about your most private thoughts and behaviours. Your identity, your innermost thoughts and secrets, your difficulties and what happens in our sessions are all going to be treated confidentially.

My office is located at Joanneumring 11, 8010 Graz very close to Jakominiplatz. The office is on the 3rd floor (2nd floor with elevator) - Centre for mental health Graz.

On foot: You can easily reach the office on foot from the central area - it is about a 6-min. walk (500m) from Hauptplatz, a 7-min. walk (550 m) from the Opera, a 13-min. walk (1,1km) from the TU-Graz, and only a 3-min. walk (290 m) from Jakominiplatz.

By public transportation: The station Jakominiplatz (trams 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7; buses 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 39, 40) is in immediate proximity to the office (290 m).

By car: On street parking is available in the area under the Blue Zone parking conditions (€0.90/30 min). The parking house Schönaugasse is about 240m away, the Opernring garage is about 300m away, and the Steiеrhof garage is about 400m away.
